1249 Queen Street East is a property located in the eclectic hub of Queen Street East in Leslieville. The brief was summarised by giving it that Leslieville feel, of urban cool. I wanted to create a combination of architectural type with a fun feel. Avant Garde as the typeface was the choice along with a vibrant colour palette that suggests to the nearby area of the Beaches and Woodbine village. Section dividers with large knocked out type with the colour spectrum, was created for impact.
