227 Napier Street was an interesting design brief. This asset is a knockdown and replace piece, in central Fitzroy. Reference photography taken for concept stage was taken by me on the weekend, to better understand the brief and location. The client requested that we give it a New York apartment feel, with a bit of Fitzroy.
