The brief was to make this piece look and feel Brunswick. We got no assets on the property itself to draw from. This lack of imagery lead myself to go to the site late at night, walk around it and the local area to get a good feel for the brief. Which lead us to this design. We delivered 3 concepts, this one was chosen and approved. Concept, design roll-out, mapping and finished art was all done by me. We had minimal creative changes. Photography was taken by a JLL photographer.
