Concept, design, layout roll-out, mapping and finished art. This document was a small but fun challenge, as the building on for sale was not desirable enough to put on a front cover, plus myself and agent team, didn’t want another aerial on the front cover after 6 Lloyd Avenue. So I attempted a few design options with type and graphic, the agent team went for this design, as it best reflected the vibrant area known as Parkdale.
